Kenya in a close up $ Lamu island beach holiday 12 Days

Day 1: Nairobi/Masaai Mara
Pick up from your Hotel at 8.30 am drive to the view point of the rift valley, descend the escarpment and drive via Narok for lunch then to masai mara, famous for its black manned lion and yearly migrations of wildebeests game viewing is done on arrival until 6.30 pm dinner and overnight at the lodge/campsite.

Day 2: Masaai Mara
A full day spent viewing and exploring this spectacular park with picnic lunch served in the park, return to the lodge/campsite for dinner and overnight .

Day 3: Masaai Mara
Morning game drive. Afternoon optional nature walk or a visit to a nearby masai village. All meals and overnight at the lodge/campsite.

Day 4: Masaai Mara/Nakuru
After breakfast leave maasai mara with the last game drive as you leave for Lake Nakuru National park with lunch enroute, arriving in Nakuru late in the afternoon dinner and overnight at the lake Nakuru lodge/budget hotel.

Day 5: Nakuru/Samburu
After breakfast, game drive in L.Nakuru Park which is known for flamingoes and its richness in other bird life and wild animals. After late breakfast leave for samburu, lunch en route with game drive on arrival. dinner and overnight at thelodge/ campsite.

Day 6: Samburu
Full day in Samburu with morning and afternoon game drives, all meals and night at the lodge/campsite.

Day 7: Samburu/Mt. Kenya/Nairobi
After breakfast leave samburu for Nanyuki at the base of Mt. Kenya for picnic lunch. Drop off clients who want to stay behind to climb Mt. Kenya. After lunch leave for Nairobi arriving late afternoon for dinner and overnight in a Nairobi Hotel.

Day 8: Nairobi-Lamu.
Pick up from your hotel to be trasfered to the airport for your flight to Lamu.
At 200km north of Malindi lies a haven from civilization, Lamu island is a unique medieval swahili town with no roads or vehicles, its streets designed wide enough to allow only the passage of camels and donkeys. On a shopping spree there are carvings, brass & gold, Arab sea chests and lots of intriguing artifacts, not forgetting a visit to the interesting museum.
fly to Manda island a few minutes by boat takes you to Lamu Hotel for accommodation half board accommodation at island Hotel.

Day 9: Lamu.
Full day to relax, explore and shopping. Overnight at island Hotel or similar.

Day 10: Lamu.
Full day to relax, explore and shopping. Overnight at island Hotel or similar.

Day 11: Lamu.
Full day to relax, explore and shopping. Overnight at island Hotel or similar.

Day 12: Nairobi.
Return to Manda Island for your flight back to Nairobi.
